• Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your bouji package every step of the way.

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–5 business days after processing.
• International Orders: Shipping times vary by location (typically 5–10 business days).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services, but we’ll always assist you with tracking updates.

✨ Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are 100% human hair extensions and wigs, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange or resolve the issue to ensure your bouji experience stays flawless.

• Hair must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange (only in cases of incorrect/damaged orders).
