Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your boujie package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are 100% human hair extensions and wigs, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange or resolve the issue to ensure your boujie experience stays flawless.

Hair must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange (only in cases of incorrect/damaged orders).
