Processing Time

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are 100% human hair extensions and wigs, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange or resolve the issue to ensure your boujie experience stays flawless.

- Hair must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange (only in cases of incorrect/damaged orders).
